Effective charges:

  • Interest rate range – As applicable basis borrower profile, credit assessment and rate type (Fixed / Floating), and as communicated in the Key Fact Statement (KFS) at the time of sanction for the respective non-home loan product.
  • Processing fee – As applicable and as communicated in the Key Fact Statement (KFS) at the time of sanction for the non-home loan product, exclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Login / legal / technical charges – Login fee: Nil. Legal and technical charges as applicable and payable to third-party service providers. Technical fee of ₹700 per tranche disbursement, as applicable. Documentation charges as per the applicable KFS.
  • Prepayment/Foreclosure Charges – Applicable as per rate type, borrower category and purpose of the non-home loan. Up to 4% of the prepaid amount plus applicable taxes, as detailed in the applicable KFS.
  • Penal charges for delayed EMI – Late payment charges shall be levied at ₹2 per ₹1,000 per day on the overdue amount from the due date, as per the applicable KFS.
